All first time clients. This haircut is designed to restore balance and movement. Perfect for guests who wear their texture naturally curly, coily, or wavy. Curls will be styled without curl manipulation so your natural curl pattern can shine. We can create as much volume as you prefer which is a great way to celebrate your refined shape!

An introduction to your natural texture.
Who's it for: This one-on-one session is designed to deeply hydrate, define, and style your waves, curls, & coils. Perfect for new clients who may have recently had a hair cut but want to learn more about natural curl hydration and curl styling. Not recommended for new clients who’s last haircut was more than 6+ months ago.

Who is this for: This haircut option is available to non-curly hair clients. Best for straight/swavy hair.
What it is: This haircut will bring movement and life to your existing look, and if you have a slight wave this cut will help to encourage that texture. This cut can be done with a razor, clippers, or shears and is great for you if you're looking for a transformative change.

Welcome!
Hair Prep
Please arrive with your hair 100% dry and in its natural state. This helps me see your true texture and tailor your cut accordingly.
Ensure your hair has been cleansed and detangled within the last 3 days meaning you detangled your hair in the shower on wash day. If you are cleansing the day of your appointment, please allow enough time for your hair to be completely dry from roots to ends.
A light leave-in conditioner is preferred, but a lightweight styling product like a styling foam is ok if you have tighter curls.
Please avoid any heavy butters, oils, pomades, firm hold hairsprays, or strong-hold gels (such as Cantu or EcoStyler), as they can make it difficult to see your hair’s natural movement and shape.
Make sure your hair has been cleansed and detangled within the last 3 days.
No ponytails, headbands, braids, buns, hats, or anything else that may disrupt the natural fall and flow of your hair. This includes hair that is straight.
Please do not brush out or restyle your natural texture once dry unless that’s how you normally wear it.
Most Importantly-Please avoid over-manipulating or stretching your curls
EX: curls created with a Denman brush (or similar), finger coiling, hats, buns, clips, headbands, braids and braid outs, twists, twist outs, or ponytails, etc.
All appointments begin with a dry cut. Seeing your natural texture allows me to create a customized shape for your unique hair type.
